Voltage & Stablizers
- Servo Voltage Stablizer
Introduction
Highly fluctuating AC Highly fluctuating AC mains supply is a very common occurrence in India, and the difficulties caused by them are well known. The servo voltage stabilizer maintains the amount of voltage in the power system even in the event of voltage fluctuations. Stable input supply is a basic requirement in the absence of which sophisticated equipment does not deliver optimum performance.
Major industrial loads are inductive (i.e., AC motors), and they draw quite a lot of current at high and low voltages resulting in high losses, which in turn increase the temperature of the motors, thereby reducing motor life. Other types of equipment affected by high and low voltages are lighting loads (bulbs and tubes), air conditioning plants, elevators and elevators, medical equipment, etc.
To overcome this problem,Shakti Electrical Corporation offers the best quality servo voltage stabilizer that ensures constant output voltage, thus providing complete protection and optimum efficiency of all electrical & electronic equipment. Furthermore, the motors operate smoothly without drawing excess current by installing the shakti servo voltage stabilizer and maintaining the output voltage of 400V 3-0 /230V, 1-0 within 1%.
Shakti Electrical Corporation's 3 Phase servo voltage stabilizers are manufactured using separate controls for each phase, thus making them suitable for unbalanced input voltage and load current and supplying the remaining types of units on demand.
The Shakti servo stabilizer consists of a solid-state circuit that controls the servo motor. The motor is mechanically connected to a continuously variable auto-transformer arm that feeds the primary of the buck/boost transformer. The stabilizer output voltage is compared to the reference voltage, and the resulting error signals control the servo motor providing a true proportional control system rather than an on/off the circuit.
